TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Tampa Bay Rays announced new ticket deals and that the team will host its first-ever drone shows this year.
More than 350 drones will be used in each show. The first show, scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 after the game against the Baltimore Orioles, will show off iconic moments in Rays history.
The second show is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 19 after the game against the Boston Red Sox. The team will showcase and honor Rays fans during the drone show.
The Rays also announced new ticket deals for the summer. The Summer 3-Pack deal will cost $99 and allow fans to attend any three home games in June and July. Parking is included.
The team also announced Kids Cheer Free Weekend for the series against the Miami Marlins.
Parents who buy tickets to the June 6-8 games can add up to two free tickets for children 14 and under.
