ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The Tampa Bay Rays announced the opening of a team pop-up store in St. Petersburg.
The team will host a grand opening event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be giveaways, complimentary ballpark fare, and even a meet and greet with Rays starting pitcher Ryan Pepiot.
The Rays Pop-Up Team Store is located at 1101 First Avenue S., across from Tropicana Field, and showcases a selection of Ray’s merchandise and collectibles to satisfy fans of all ages. There will also be a coffee bar that offers complimentary coffee, lattes, and pastries for a “sip and shop” experience.
“We very much look forward to being back at Tropicana Field for the 2026 baseball season,” said Rays Chief Business Officer Bill Walsh. “There’s been great progress with repairs, and the pop-up store is a concrete first step to moving back into Tropicana Field. This new retail space will also give us the opportunity to host special events, and allow Rays fans the chance to come together and shop throughout the holiday season.”
Rays season members will receive a 20% discount on eligible items.
The store will be open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free parking will be available across First Avenue S., in Lot 5 of Tropicana Field.
