The Tampa Bay Buccaneers front office has a higher risk than others now to lose one of their key pieces after he was called back in for a second interview with the Tennessee Titans. The AFC South basement-dwelling Titans have the first pick in the NFL Draft come April.
Bucs assistant general manager John Spytek is being called back in for a second interview with the team after completing an initial interview last week. Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reported the second interview as well as others who are getting interest for the job.
The #Titans are bringing back several candidates for second round of interviews for their vacant GM job, among them:
— #Chiefs assistant GM Mike Borgonzi
— #Bucs assistant GM John Spytek
— #Bears assistant GM Ian CunninghamThere will be several others. A very good list so far.

The interviews are expected to take place this week, with a decision to be made before the start of Shrine Bowl practices beginning on January 25 in Frisco, Texas. Most teams look to have front-office moves finalized before the all-star circuit begins for draft purposes, especially considering the Titans having the top pick in the draft.
