The Tampa Bay Buccaneers front office is among the best in the entire NFL. It is not common to have a front office remain together but there are instances. Either teams see changes in personnel or they take general manager jobs with other teams.
As things continue to develop this offseason, we have another front office of the Bucs who is getting interest from teams for general manager spots.
Rick Stroud of The Tampa Bay Times reported that the Tennessee Titans have requested to interview Bucs assistant general manager John Spytek. He is the second Bucs front office member to receive an interview request with a team after Mike Greenberg received one from the New York Jets.
Spytek has been in the NFL for 21 years in various roles. Before he became the assistant general manager to Jason Licht, Spytek served as the vice president of player personnel for the team.
